Pillow Cases

 

I don't have a lot of pictures of these projects. They are very simple. I just put trim on the edges of pillow cases. Some of the trims are vintage, some are modern. I think they look great. I went on to do quite a few more and got more creative as I went. I gave them to my sister and nieces. One of my nieces liked them so much she gave me more pillow cases to embellish. A quick and easy gift. Especially if you are like me and have an abundance of trims!

Cord Minders

 

I had some fun making some cord minders for my nieces and nephews. The problem I have is, I'm always making something. This has the potential to overload my house so I give quite a lot of things as gifts so I can overload other people's houses! 

This first one was based on one I saw on pinterest. It looked easy and cute so I mimicked it. If you've been on pinterest you may have seen it. 

This cat was a free online pattern - also easy and cute. 

After making the first two I decided to design my own. Here is a butterfly - open and closed. 

And lastly, a puppy I also designed myself. These are cute and easy. I would like to make more some time. We'll see.
